The duplex apartment ALAMIC is located in Port Grimaud III in the tower of the residence „Les Grimaldines 1“ in Rue de l’Amarrage and extends over the 2nd and 3rd floor. It also has a private parking space directly in front of the entrance to the building.
The entrance to this private area is through a large gate, which can only be accessed by people who are authorized by entering a code, which is also required to enter the vehicle.

On the 2nd floor of the tower there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a completely renovated bathroom with WC. There is also a separate area with a bunk bed for children in the entrance hall of the apartment. There are also many built-in closets on this level.
On the 3rd floor there’s a comfortable living room with a sitting area and a sleeping sofa, that can also be used as a double bed. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine (Nespresso) and folding dining table. A selection of spices and staple food is at your disposal. In addition, there is access to the large, sunny roof terrace with a phantatsic overlock of the cité lacustre and the channel. There is a full set of garden furniture and an electric awning.
The two-storey layout and the large roof terrace still offer a generous sense of space while providing a „retreat“. What’s more, there is a pleasant indoor climate even in the height of summer, thanks to good insulation and very good, undisturbed ventilation.
There are enough blankets for 4 people and you can choose according to the season. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it from our accommodation service for the duration of your stay (on request, as well as towels and bath towels). We’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
On the living room floor is a color TV with local cable programming (many programs in several languages), now in HD quality. An additional outlet is available in the bedroom.
There are enough sheets for 4 people and you can choose according to the season. Bed linen must be brought with you, but can be rented for the duration of your stay from our accommodation service (on request, together with towels and bath sheets). We’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
ALAMIC is also equipped with WIFI / WLAN and is free of charge for our guests.
Electric radiators are available in all bedrooms, so it should be a little cooler where you plan to vacation in the South of France during the colder months. For the upcoming season 2025 a mobile air condition will be there too
Our apartment is looked after by a concierge who is your personal contact in Port Grimaud for any questions or requests. She also organizes our linen service, which you can book upon request.
We are also happy to answer any other questions you may have about your vacation in the South of France.
Would you like to spend your vacation with friends in the Lake City? We’ll arrange other apartments or houses for you on request. And don’t forget: the use of the water taxi “côche d’eau” to the beaches is free for our guests (from mid-June to mid-September).
